My goal is to give you back your weekends so you can enjoy the surf at Lori Wilson Park or a meal at th e Port—not wrestling with a mower in the Florida sun.

Who will be performing the service on my property? When you hire Fox Outdoor Solutions, you get me, Scott Young. I am a sole proprietor, meaning I don't use crews. I personally handle every mow, edge, and trim to ensure my "Fox Standard" is met every single visit.

How do you handle the sandy soil and salt air of Cocoa Beach? I focus on mechanical excellence—using the right equipment at the correct height to protect salt-tolerant grasses like St. Augustine and Zoysia. This prevents "scalping" on the uneven, sandy lots near Theodore Roosevelt Elementary.

Are you able to maintain our HOA’s common grounds? Yes. I specialize in becoming a "neighborhood anchor" by maintaining HOA common areas and entrances near Freedom 7 Elementary and the A1A corridor. 

Is your business really located in the land of "I Dream of Jeannie"? Absolutely! While the show was a TV classic, it put us on the map. You can still see the local landmarks today, including the famous I Dream of Jeannie Lane. I maintain many properties along that same stretch of beachside.

Do you maintain properties near the Kelly Slater landmarks? Yes. I service many residential "anchors" near the Kelly Slater Statue at the triangle of A1A and N. Orlando Ave. I make sure your lawn is as legendary as our hometown world champ.
